All payments are strictly non-refundable. For eligible cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, the amount paid will be issued as store credits for future use.
3. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time are not permitted, and no credits or refunds will be provided.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are advised to carefully consider their schedule before making a booking.
5. Time Calculation
The 24-hour cancellation window is calculated based on the exact booking time.
6. Final Decision
Pawsh Palace reserves the right to make the final decision on all booking, cancellation, and refund matters.
